Acadia is the largest planned community in Piedmont by a wide margin, running across Cassique Drive, Jordan Pond Drive, Saluda Run Drive, Sargent Drive and a dozen more streets. Several of those names are borrowed from the Lowcountry, which tells you it was developed to a theme rather than grown from farm frontage the way most of this town was.

Shopping a community this size works differently. It was built out in phases over a stretch of years, so construction era, finish level and lot character all vary across it, and two houses on the same floor plan can sit on very different ground. Walk more than one section before you settle, and read the HOA documents for what the dues actually cover. Buyers comparing amenity-driven communities usually also look at newer Greenville-area construction.
