Horse Property for Sale in Greenville, SC
Equestrian property in Greenville County splits between two very different areas, and knowing which one you want narrows the search immediately.
- The northern foothills — Travelers Rest, Marietta and the country along US-276 and SC-11, where pasture runs up against the Blue Ridge escarpment and the trail riding is close at hand
- The rural southern county — the open farmland toward Fork Shoals, Ware Place and the Saluda River, generally flatter, with larger contiguous pasture
The wider region is genuinely strong equestrian country. The Tryon International Equestrian Center sits over the North Carolina line north of Landrum, drawing riders and events from across the country, and Croft State Park east in Spartanburg County offers more than twenty miles of equestrian trails and fifty-five stalls.
For everything else, downtown Greenville — Falls Park on the Reedy, Main Street, Fluor Field — stays within a reasonable drive, and Spartanburg is the other direction along I-85.
