Pres received his first award for salesmanship and customer service delivering newspapers at the crack of dawn. Later, while attending college at the State University of Albany (SUNYA,) he began his courtship with the corporate world while moonlighting on his Bachelor Degree studies. Not afraid of hard work and used to rolling up his sleeves he was quickly promoted through the ranks at UPS (United Parcel Services,) from package loader to management. Pres completed his degree and that same year began his sales career employed by Andersen Windows and Doors.
A career spanning nearly 17 years. He offers clients a seasoned knowledge of GREENVILLE/SPARTANBURG and surrounding areas an intimate understanding of what makes each distinct residential niche so special and unique. A client for many years of Century 21 Blackwell and Company Realty Inc., Pres felt he could put his 25 plus years of building materials, project management, and customer service skills to use as a real estate agent. Driven to succeed, he has committed to bringing his genuine, friendly, and professional approach to the closing table for all his customers so that they can find Family, Home, and Happiness in South Carolina!
The bug that bites all people with the entrepreneurial itch sneaked up and sunk its teeth into Pres. He started his home renovation business - Insight Investment Properties Inc. After years of successfully renovating, buying and selling homes, Pres felt that he should expand his business and use his skills to help others with their own real estate matters. If you ask Pres his reason "WHY", he will tell you that he has six reasons to get out there every day and deliver excellence to his customers! His wife, Jesse, an amazing hair stylist, and the mother to his son Maddox and his four step children in his life (3 daughters, Kay, Alexis, and Maddy, and one son, Michael. He freely admits the role of parent and husband are the cornerstones. If you ask Pres his reason "WHY," he will tell you that he has six reasons to get out there every day and deliver excellence to his customers! His wife Jesse, an amazing hair stylist and the mother to his son Maddox (Max,) plus, Pres has 4 step children in his life - three daughters; Kay, Alexis and Maddy and one son, Michael. He freely admits the role of parent and husband are the cornerstones of his life. The key to Pres's success has also been the result of his patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. He knows how to listen, he is generous in offering information, and more importantly, knows when to stop talking. His main intention is to understand his client's needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time.
When orchestrating deals for his buyers and sellers, Pres is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. While he is a strong negotiator and advocate for his clients, he is just as much a compassionate, friendly, humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful. FAMILY! HOME!
