Hi, my name is Valerie Blohm! I moved to the United States from Venezuela eight years ago. I graduated from Greenville Tech College with an Associate in Arts and worked for three years as a Dental Assistant. 

My journey of purchasing a home here sparked my passion for real estate. After navigating the home-buying process on my own, I realized how overwhelming it could be and decided to dedicate myself to making it much easier for others.

I absolutely love working with first-time buyers, guiding them step by step and ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. I treat every client’s transaction as if I were buying a home for myself, providing personalized care and attention to detail.

With Spanish as my first language, I am very excited to work with the Hispanic community and help them achieve their real estate dreams in this country. I currently live in the Greer area, and when I’m not helping clients find their perfect home, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with my dog, Sophie.

1.  Why are you a good fit for Real Estate? I love to help people, in general, but I am also a very good listener, and I will work with my clients to satisfy their needs at all times and work on what is best for them. 

 

2.  Where are you originally from? Venezuela. 

 

3.  What brought you to the area? My parents decided to move to Greenville for better opportunities, and it was the best decision ever. 

 

4.  What are your favorite local restaurants? Brixx Wood Fired Pizza and Tsunami Sushi Restaurant. 

 

5.  What are your favorite activities in your down time? Spending time with family and friends, traveling, visiting new places around town, walking with my dog, Sophie. 

 

6.  What are your favorite Sports Teams? I am a baseball fan,  Atlanta Braves. 

 

7.  Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play? I did play Tennis when I was a kid. Growing up I did not play much though, but I am trying to get myself into Pickleball now. 

 

8.  Do you have any pets? Yes, I have Sophie. She is a Yorkie. 

 

9.  What are you passionate about? Art, Music, and God. 

 

10. How important is Customer Service to you? It’s very important. Personally, I think that it does not matter what you do, the way that you make people feel will always be remembered.
