Hello, my name is David Winters, and I would like to share a bit about myself. Growing up in a military family, I had the privilege of experiencing different parts of the United States and living in Germany due to my father's 27-year service in the US Army. Even after his retirement, he continued working as a military contractor for another 25 years. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on relocation and the challenges that come with it.

As an adult, I have lived in various regions across the country, but for the past three decades, I have called the southeast my home. Having gone through numerous relocations myself, I understand the stress and complexities involved in selling a home while simultaneously searching for a new one in a different location. I am passionate about helping families navigate this process and minimizing the associated stress.

Throughout my career, I spent 26 years working in the telecommunications industry, which was a fast-paced and ever-changing field. Drawing upon my leadership skills, and adaptability I developed during that time, I made the decision to transition into a career in real estate. To further pursue my passion for real estate, I obtained my realtor license for South Carolina from the Carolina Academy of Real Estate. I have partnered with Century 21 Blackwell & CO, a prominent real estate firm in the upstate region. While initially focusing on residential real estate, I have expanded my expertise to include commercial real estate as well.
