My name is David Winters 

I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself.

I grew up in a military family, with my father serving 27 years in the US Army and as a military contractor for another 25 years after he “retired.” As the family of a US Service Member, we lived in different parts of the United States and were stationed in Germany several times. As an adult, I’ve lived all across the country spending the last three decades in the southeast. I know what it takes to relocate! Selling a home in one place while trying to buy one in a new location at the same time can be very stressful on a family. I’d like to help! 

 I spent 26 years working in the telecommunications industry. I decided to transfer the skills I developed in that high stress, ever changing field to a career in real estate. I have received my realtor license for South Carolina from the Carolina Academy of Real Estate and partnered with the leading real estate firm in the upstate, Century 21 Blackwell & CO.
