Craftsman Style Homes for Sale in Greenville, SC
Craftsman homes turn up through Greenville's older neighborhoods — deep porches, tapered columns on stone piers, exposed rafter tails and built-in cabinetry. Genuine ones date to roughly 1905 through 1930, and the style has been revived so thoroughly since 2005 that "Craftsman" in a listing can mean either.
The difference matters: an original carries original wiring and plumbing, while a revival carries none of that history and none of the trim detail either. Ask which you are looking at. Historic homes across the Upstate covers the originals more broadly.
