The university, Memorial Stadium and the Clemson downtown grid are minutes from most of it, and a house that can absorb a full weekend of visitors six times a year is a specific and well-understood asset in this town. The Reserve at Lake Keowee is the marquee address in the wider area, and buyers comparing lake markets across the county line usually also look at Anderson luxury homes. Expect to move quickly; the genuinely good ones are known before they list.
