- From the Lake Lure Inn and Spa in the Lake Lure Beach area, take US Highway 64 east. Proceed approximately 4.1 miles to a left onto Rainbow Circle, into the Riverbend Entrance. Present credentials at the manned gate. Continue on Rainbow Circle to the Hickory Nut Lake landing and beach area. Continue straight onto Adams Lane, and then, a very sharp turn left onto Bear Run Avenue. At the dead end of Bear Run go left onto Shannons Walk. Pass Grouse Street, around the big curve to the right. and down to the Riverbend Lot #326, at 575 Shannons Walk. If you come to Deers Circle, you went one lot too far.
