Michael Forsyth is a Yale graduate, author of five novels and founder of a small publishing company.
“This background helps me provide sellers with enticing, well-crafted descriptions of their homes, and it has given me expertise in marketing using a wide range of tools and Internet platforms.”
A native New Yorker, Mike moved with his wife and three children to Greenville in 2010 and instantly fell in love with the city.
“Greenville offers the best of both worlds,” he says. “The relative affordability and hassle-free commute of a small southern city, combined with the perks of an up-and-coming metropolis, such as ever-growing choice of great restaurants and top-notch theater companies.” Serving the Greenville area as a real estate professional has given him the opportunity to introduce newcomers to his adopted hometown while providing clients with the same level of care and attention to detail as he does to his literary work.
“I had some great experiences buying and selling homes as a client over a period of about 30 years thanks to some really sharp and helpful real estate agents,” he says. “It’s wonderful being able to offer that kind of one-on-one service as a licensed real estate sales person here at Century 21.
“Because I am in the early stages of building a clientele in this city, I am able to devote plenty of time and attention to each buyer and seller.”
