Blackwell & Co. Realty, Inc.was founded in 1987 by Peggy J. Blackwell, Broker-In-Charge. Blackwell & Co. Realty, Inc. joined the CENTURY 21® System in December of 1992. Since that time, Mrs. Blackwell has utilized the CENTURY 21® Training system, coupled with her own years of experience, to create one of the Southeast's most dynamic and successful real estate firms. CENTURY 21 Blackwell & Co. Realty, Inc. received the CENTURION® Award in 1994 and was recognized as one of the top 21 companies in North and South Carolina.
In March of 1996, CENTURY 21 Blackwell & Company Realty, Inc. merged with Hill & Silver Realty. The addition of this office has helped to maximize the ability of the company to serve its clients and customers by providing two convenient locations in the Spartanburg area. Harold Hill is the Broker-In-Charge for the new Westside location.
